Healthy Breakfast Smoothie To The Rescue

Apple & Avocado Smoothie
From: Low-Carb Juices and Smoothies

3.5 fl oz apple juice
1 small avocado
2 ice cubes
Apple slices to decorate

Pour the apple juice into a blender. Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed and spoon in the flesh. Add the ice cubes and whizz together. Pour into a glass and decorate with an apple slice.

This smoothie makes a fantastic meal replacement. For added protein,add a raw organic egg to the blend.
